Job description

Due to continued growth our Sales Admin team is growing! The sales administrator will be responsible for looking after one of our busiest customers, responsible for processing orders accurately, keeping in contact with existing customers, dealing with suppliers and raising invoices. The ideal person for this role will have excellent customer service skills, enjoy building and maintaining positive working relationships and have an excellent eye for detail.

As the Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer queries via phone and email
  • Outbound and inbound sales calls
  • To raise sales enquiries
  • To agree and confirm time scales with the customer
  • Creating purchase orders and invoices on SAGE
  • Contacting suppliers and getting the best quotes on products and lead times
  • Negotiating the best cost on the customers' behalf
  • Maintaining an accurate customer database

As the Administrator, you will have the following:

  • Proven customer service or other relevant experience
  • Excellent listening and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be a natural relationship builder with integrity and reliability
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • A great eye for detail and accuracy skills
  • Strong administration skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages

working hours are Monday – Thursday 9:00-5:30pm, Friday 9:00-5:00pm half-hour lunch break. Full training provided.
